Hosted group versus full-ship charter
A full-ship charter is operated for one group across the entire ship. Namaste At Sea is a hosted group on a normal Virgin Voyages sailing. You get a planned group layer and an affirming community while also enjoying the freedom of the wider ship.
That distinction affects expectations: ship-wide entertainment and public spaces are shared with other Virgin Voyages Sailors, while Namaste hosts its own optional yoga and social moments. Travelers who want an exclusively gay ship should choose a full charter; travelers who want a smaller ready-made group with more independence may prefer this format.

Traveling solo?
Many people arrive solo. The opening meetup and optional group moments are designed to make the first hello easier. When bookings open, guests can opt in to pre-cruise community updates; no one is added to a private group without consent.
