Good questions, clear answers

Namaste At Sea FAQ

Here is what we can say today—and what should be confirmed in writing before you book.

Ask another question

Is this a full-ship charter?

No. Namaste At Sea is a hosted group within a regularly scheduled Virgin Voyages sailing. Group programming is optional, and you will share the ship with other Sailors.

Do I need to be good at yoga?

No. The program welcomes yoga lovers and yoga-curious travelers. Classes are designed with options, and participation is always your choice.

Can I come solo?

Absolutely. The group is designed to make meeting people easier without forcing a packed social calendar. You can also opt in to pre-cruise community updates once that program is available.

What is included in the price?

Current rates are starting points, not a substitute for a quote. Ask for the exact cabin, occupancy, port charges, taxes, gratuities, included promotional value, group-program charge if any, and booking terms in writing.

What if the itinerary changes?

Cruise lines can change ports, times, venues, and programming for operational, weather, safety, or other reasons. Final guest communications and your booking contract control.

What about accessibility or health needs?

Tell the booking partner about accessibility needs as early as possible and confirm current ship and shore arrangements directly. Namaste's classes are not medical care; choose movement that is appropriate for you.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellation rights depend on the cabin rate fare you select and, for a group booking, the applicable group terms or contract. Before paying, make sure your written confirmation identifies the fare and its cancellation, change, and name-transfer rules. Lock It In and Base fares are non-refundable under Virgin's current policy; see the terms and cancellation page for a plain-language overview.
